Omnia
Redevelopment and repurposing of a 35,000 square metre building.
Located in an outstanding location between lakes and mountains, the mixed-use Omnia building has been completely redesigned.
The building houses shops, leisure facilities, services, a restaurant, offices, a coworking space, and a hotel. Through the restructuring carried out by Patriarche, it has been given a new lease of life in the Archparc and the Greater Geneva area.
The landscape is the driving force behind the architectural concept, breathing life and fresh air back into the building. It is a matter of forging a strong link with the nearby and distant surroundings to create a dialogue with the site and to open it up to the outside.
Balconies and solar shading animate the completely rebuilt facades, lending rhythm to the building. Numerous outdoor spaces have been created for the comfort of the users.
