Trained at the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (B2003), then a graduate of the Ecole Spéciale d'Architecture (2018), Damien began by setting up his own graphic design and architectural perspective company. He joined the Patriarche agency in 2004, becoming Managing Director in 2006. A developer driven by the desire to adapt the practice of architecture, he expanded the agency's skills, created various subsidiaries, and invested in different development sectors (real estate, communication, digital...) structuring the emergence of "augmented architecture". Today, as Chairman, Damien is responsible for the group's strategic management, while continuing to manage specific projects. He is a member of the weekly design board.

Graduated from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (2003), Benjamin's first professional experience was with a major construction company, before joining the Patriarche Group in 2010 as Head of Development. Convinced that the prevailing real estate promotion and development models do not allow us to respond effectively to societal and environmental challenges, he developed the Bart project management subsidiary. Alongside his development work alongside Damien Patriarche, Benjamin puts his experience and energy into developing partnerships and innovative financing arrangements for the emergence of more virtuous real estate projects.

Graduated from UQAM in Canada (2004) and from IUG (2006), Thibault spent the first part of his career abroad (USA / Canada, India, Netherlands) where he acquired a good experience in the development of territorial and urban strategies, the implementation of complex urban and architectural projects and the management of projects and multidisciplinary teams. He worked successively for INterland (2005 - 2008), for IUPD in India (2008 - 2012) as Managing Director and finally for OMA / Rem Koolhaas (2012 - 2016) as Senior urban designer and architect.He joined Patriarche in 2017 and became a partner in 2018. Since December 2021, he has been the Group's Deputy Managing Director, and participates in the weekly Design Board alongside his project management responsibilities.

Graduated from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) in Paris (1987), Marjorie began her career with Elyo Facilities Management, and then joined the OPC-OTH team on the ENS site in Lyon. She joined Patriarche in 2000 to develop methods and tools for project organization and management. Since 2009, she has been working for Autumn, the group's general contracting subsidiary, where she became general manager in 2016. Since then, Marjorie has put all her energy and experience into applying a renewed, ethical model of the art of building, paying particular attention to respect for people and safety on worksites, and to developing reporting and mitigation methods that ultimately ensure the highest architectural quality of execution.

Graduated from the Grenoble School of Architecture (1990), Bernard joined the agency in 1992. Fascinated by the relationship between architecture and contemporary art, Bernard has developed his demanding and rigorous practice throughout his projects, notably in the service sector, education, industry, research and development. Today, he manages teams in the design and development of complex projects. At the same time, he supervises the deployment of design methods by federating multidisciplinary teams.

Baptiste graduated from the Grenoble School of Architecture (2007) and joined Patriarche the same year.he has been involved in the design and development of many of the agency's projects, and became a partner in 2014.customer-focused and demanding, he has acquired over 15 years' experience in the design and development of a variety of projects (housing, offices, facilities, industry, healthcare...). Rigorous and organized, he manages the agency's architectural teams (workload, team structuring, HR, etc.).

Graduated from the Grenoble School of Architecture and Polytechnico Milano in 2004, Sébastien worked for five years abroad (Spain, Italy) on his own account, then for Charon & Rampillon and Groupe 6 before joining Patriarche in 2017. Experienced, creative and passionate, he puts all his energy into designing ambitious projects, always paying particular attention to the construction and technical aspects. He became a Partner in 2018 and since then has managed the agency's teams of graphic designers, perspective artists and layout artists, alongside his role as deputy general manager of Patriarche.

Graduated from the Ecole d'Architecture de Paris Val de Seine (2002) and the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane (2003), Thomas obtained his diploma of architect DPLG in 2005.he worked in various architectural practices before joining the Patriarche practice in 2007.Renowned for his organizational skills and ability to lead teams on complex projects, both new and rehabilitation, he became a partner in 2014 and has co-managed the Paris practice since 2012. Thomas regularly works with foreign architects (ALA, Henn, Herzog et de Meuron...) in partnership with Patriarche.

Jean-Loup began his studies at the École Spéciale d'Architecture in Paris in 1975, graduating in 1980. In 1985, he became Chairman and CEO of Patriarche. He developed the agency and its structure on an open model, integrating many disciplines related to architecture, such as engineering and construction economics. Committed to the motto "less is more "*, he led the agency towards the design of sober, sustainable architecture, centered on use and functionality, which remains at the heart of Patriarche's enhanced approach today. As guarantor of the architectural line, Jean-Loup is currently a member of the design committee and leads a large number of projects in France and abroad. *Less is more.

Ibrahim graduated in 2008 from the Haute Ecole d'Ingénierie et d'Architecture de Fribourg, where he worked as an architect for various architectural firms and on his own account. He then took on the role of project owner's representative in French-speaking Switzerland for institutional investment funds, then as head of acquisitions for a major Swiss real estate development company before joining Patriarche in 2023.
A seasoned construction professional with a passion for general planning, design and construction, Ibrahim has proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, representing project owners and arranging financing for operations.
Today, he manages Patriarche's development in Switzerland, while overseeing the activities of the Nyon and Basel agencies.

Recognized for his design talents and keen analytical sense, Luc has been working in the field of architecture since 1996. Over the course of his career, he has worked in various cities, including Montreal and San Francisco. In Quebec City, he co-founded PARKA - Architecture & Design in 2013, where he promotes a practice where integrated design is at the heart of the working methodology. In 2019, PARKA joined the firm Patriarche, and Luc became senior partner and director of the Quebec City and Montreal offices.His three-level training makes him a skilled architect who can contribute to the entire project development process, from design through management to construction. He pays particular attention to the design of technical details in terms of their feasibility and impact on project and operating costs. He takes a keen interest in the creative process and in integrating different design expertise into his projects.

Graduated from ESIGEC with a DESS VERDEC (Valorisation des Energies Renouvelables et des Déchets dans la Construction) in 2004, Alexandre started his career with GFC Construction in Montpellier. He joined Patriarche in 2004, overseeing projects as diverse as the construction of offices, numerous housing units and sports and industrial facilities.
Since 2019, he has been responsible for the technical management of projects within the Bart subsidiary.offices, numerous housing units and sports and industrial facilities.His extensive training also enables him to work in a versatile way on the Environmental Quality aspect.

Graduated from the Ecole Supérieure des Ingénieurs de Marseille in 2004, Stéphane worked for Tunzini for 3 years as an HVAC/Plumbing project manager. He continued his career at CET Ingénierie, where he worked as a project manager for 16 years, before joining Patriarche in 2023.
Building on this experience, he contributes his expertise and rigor to Patriarche's large-scale projects.
As Director of Engineering, he is also involved in developing and structuring the company's innovative approach.

After graduating from INSA Lyon (1998) in the Civil Engineering and Urban Planning department, with a major in Building, Laurent completed his studies at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona in the Civil Engineering department, joining Patriarche the same year and working on a wide range of the agency's projects. In 2011, he took over responsibility for the Works division, becoming a partner in 2014.

An architect with over 30 years' experience, Alan has worked in Europe, the USA and the Middle East for major clients. On each project, he strives to bring his international expertise to the local scale to achieve the best possible results and solutions for the client and the community. His keen eye for design, in-depth technical knowledge and excellent project management enable him to deliver buildings that are both beautiful and resilient.

Franck graduated from the Ecole d'Architecture de Paris Belleville (1997). He began his career in several architectural firms, before moving into the field of computer-aided design services, where he worked in multidisciplinary teams at Nemetschek and Autodesk, contributing to the development of BIM solutions for architecture.He joined Patriarche in 2008, where he was responsible for developing and leading BIM teams within the firm.Now involved in project development, he has been co-director of the Paris office since 2012.

Joël began his architectural studies in Bordeaux in 1979 and continued at the Ecole d'Architecture de Paris-Belleville, from which he graduated in 1985.He gained initial experience in Paris, Pointe-à-Pitre and Niger, before settling in Bordeaux, where he founded SCP Digneaux & Maurice in 1989, followed by SAS BDM architectes in 1999.In 2018, BDM joined Patriarche, and Joël became a partner and head of the Bordeaux office.

Marie graduated from HEC Montréal in 2007 with a degree in Finance, and began her career at Google, where she spent 15 years managing various projects, programs and teams. She was involved in the launch of numerous products in the Google suite (Google Assistant, YouTube Shopping). A jack-of-all-trades with a wealth of experience in a large, agile and international company, she joined Patriarche in September 2022 to structure the CSR effort (BCorp certification at stake) and bring her organizational expertise to support the company's growth. Today, she manages the HR department, CSR and the coordination of our continuous improvement efforts, with an eye always on data.

Graduated from IEP Grenoble as a business economist, Loïc began his career with the digital mission of the Metropole de Lyon, before becoming a senior consultant at EY, then a partner at CMN Partners from 2009 to 2015. At that time, CMN partners joined the Patriarche group, and Loïc took on the management of the "prefiguration" activity, a consulting and programming entity for local authorities and companies. He applies his experience to the development of new real estate offers and strategies: design and assembly of major facilities and technology platforms, site requalification, company relocations, marketing strategy, site positioning and programming (office/lab/activity).

Didier joined Patriarche after completing his military service in July 1989. After more than ten years' experience as a quantity surveyor, in January 2000 he was appointed Director of the Project Economics Department. (His ability to communicate with the business world and trade with manufacturers enables him to anticipate the best construction methods, in symbiosis with the architect. Didier also has proven experience in monitoring projects in Africa since the early 2000s. Naturally, in parallel with his business activities, he also develops projects in Africa and the French overseas departments and territories (Algeria, Congo Brazzaville, Ivory Coast, Mali, Morocco, Guinea, Mauritius, Egypt, Madagascar, Reunion, Togo, Uganda).
