Offices on Boulevard Brune

Office layout and multi-phase management of asbestos removal works, carried out on an occupied site.

As part of the real estate master plan for its sites located in the south of Paris, the La Poste Group wishes to bring together several of its departments at the site located at 111 Boulevard Brune. The Brune building houses a post office, a nursery, a gymnasium, a mail sorting center, a company restaurant, and nine floors of office space. Over the years, it has undergone several renovations and extensions. The project is divided into 4 phases:

  • T2: Owner’s fit-out works and renovation of equipment and distribution systems to be carried out by Poste Immo, owner of the building, to accommodate a future tenant, and fit-out works for future La Poste Group tenants excluding 1st floor section C.
