Delivery of Orange Guinea Headquarters

siège d'orange à Conakry

In Conakry, Orange marks a milestone in its development with the inauguration of its new headquarters. This building, designed as a modern and unifying workspace, reflects the operator’s commitment to supporting the country’s digital transformation. Our teams worked alongside Orange to design a space that meets this ambition, taking into account the urban and technical realities of Conakry: dense urban fabric, infrastructure constraints, and comfort requirements in a demanding climate.

The headquarters’ architecture emphasizes functionality, simplicity, and the quality of interior spaces. Architectural and technical solutions were conceived to provide pleasant working conditions, promoting natural ventilation. Green areas and patios bring light and conviviality to the heart of the building, ensuring comfortable daily use.
Since its inauguration on November 7, Orange Guinea’s teams have gradually moved in. The interior layout fosters synergy between departments and smooth collective work, with open offices, relaxation zones, and outdoor spaces designed as true living areas. Every detail was conceived to support creativity, communication, and employee well-being.
This project is the result of close collaboration between Patriarche’s teams and their local and international partners, mobilized throughout all phases: design, cost management, engineering, and execution. Despite logistical and climatic challenges, rigorous coordination among stakeholders enabled the delivery of an exemplary headquarters, combining efficiency, sustainability, and quality execution.
