aménagement intérieur

The first users have recently moved in: the ECLA project in Archamps is now delivered. This emblematic building of the Archparc Technopole, originally built in 1996, is entering a new chapter thanks to a rehabilitation led by Patriarche for Océanis Promotion.

Transformed into a residence with 776 rooms for young professionals and students, along with a third place open to all, ECLA offers a wide range of uses and services. It provides a reimagined setting designed to foster synergies between students, researchers, entrepreneurs, and local residents. The building features a shared kitchen, workspaces, a gym, a laundry room, creative studios, and areas dedicated to well-being.
