2025 Sustainability Report: Assessing Our Impacts, Guiding Our Actions

2025 Sustainability Report: Assessing Our Impacts, Guiding Our Actions

In addition to its 2025 Annual Report, Patriarche is publishing its Sustainability Report for the first time, marking an important step in the structuring and transparency of its ESG approach. More than a reporting exercise, this document has been designed as a tool for steering performance, fostering dialogue, and driving continuous improvement. It provides an overview of the actions undertaken, assesses the progress made to date, and transparently shares the areas in which we still need to improve.

How can we measure the real impact of our actions?
How can we share our progress, while also being transparent about the difficulties encountered and the challenges that remain?

This publication is part of a long-standing commitment. Embedded in the agency’s DNA and further strengthened by the inclusion, since 2022, of a mission to generate positive social, societal, and environmental impact in its articles of association, this ambition is reflected in particular through the deployment of our ESG strategy.

It is structured around four major themes that guide our thinking and shape our actions: contributing to a post-carbon society, preserving both the living and the non-living world, adapting our activities and creating resilient projects, and embodying a culture of care.

The report explores these commitments through two complementary dimensions: on the one hand, the projects we design and deliver; on the other, the agency’s operations and its own impacts. This dual approach reflects a strong conviction: supporting the transformation of the industry also requires us to examine our own practices, continuously improve them, and collectively develop solutions to the challenges we face.

2025 Sustainability Report: Assessing Our Impacts, Guiding Our Actions

Throughout its pages, the report presents the foundations of our approach, the frameworks that structure it, the objectives we have set, and the actions undertaken in 2025. It also highlights the results achieved, the lessons learned, and the areas for improvement identified across topics such as the decarbonisation of our projects and operations, responsible mobility, material reuse, biodiversity, training, diversity and inclusion, responsible procurement, and governance.

This approach is driven by a shared vision, embodied in particular by Damien Patriarche, founder and chairman architect of the agency:

“Architecture only achieves its full value when it is built and lived. (...) Designing meaningful projects requires bringing together different areas of expertise, uniting skills, and making collective intelligence the driving force behind sustainable solutions.”

A conviction also shared by Marie Patriarche, CSR Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer:

“Our responsibility is to seek, at every stage, the right balance in order to make informed decisions with rigor and awareness. (...) Sustainable transformations are not built on disruption, but on a succession of consistent, collective choices made over time.”

More than a simple collection of indicators, this report tells the story of a journey. It reflects a commitment to continuous improvement, learning from experience, and strengthening, year after year, the alignment between our ambitions and our practices.

We invite you to explore the Sustainability Report in its entirety to discover the initiatives undertaken, the results achieved, the lessons shared, and the perspectives that will guide the next stages of our journey.
