The Social Welfare and Healthcare branch of insurance and healthcare company MGEN owns well-reputed healthcare and medical welfare establishments in the city of La Verrière. The infrastructure on its two sites had become dated, with deficiencies in temperature control, accessibility and overall comfort and functionalities.
To correct these shortcomings, MGN was looking to combine its activities on the site of the Institut Marcel Rivière.
With 500 beds and facilities for 45 ambulatory patients, the new complex would include:
•A psychiatric department with 95 beds for adults and 90 beds for teenagers
•A follow-up and rehabilitation department with 129 beds
•A social welfare nursing home with 186 beds
•Common treatment facilities including balneotherapy installations, physical and occupational therapy equipment and shared logistics.
