M3 - Echo Tango

Modern, intelligent office buildings with exemplary functionality, modularity and ecological footprint.

The eco business park (Rovaltain Business Park) has been developing around the Valence TGV railway station over several years and is home to some one hundred companies. Standing at the entrance to such a boldly ambitious business park, the buildings must set an example with regard to in the elegance of the facade, the choice of high quality and ecologically sound materials, as well as the comfort of the users.

Our projects are thus designed to fit into this setting.
Modern, intelligent, modular in design, and with an excellent ecological footprint, the M3, Echo and Tango buildings form the entrance to the new business park. They offer a relaxed working environment, with user-friendly meeting and event spaces. They offer spaces that can be partitioned and adapted to accommodate different sizes and types of company.

Central to the project is the comfort of the users, with an architectural design that opens up the views and lets natural light into the building.
Patios, large terraces, walkways, outdoor spaces are an integral part of the buildings, all contributing to make it a calm and soothing workplace.
