The site layout conception fully integrates the slopes and gradients into the design of walkways and paths : these encourage soft transportation, creating a network of pedestrian and cycling paths, linking together the level lines.
Diminishing the use and impact of motorized vehicles, optimization of  road sizes and  parking areas. : construction of several park’n rides conceived as semi buried  two stories car silos at the site entrance.

Energy production is supplied  by photovoltaic plaforms integrated to  the car silo’s terraced roofs, away from the housing buildings. Massive use of renewable energies and more specifically solar energy.

Enhancement of the site landscaping, identification of the tree species to be maintained,  reforestation, conception and implantation of water drainage ponds for stormwater collection and evacuation, encouraging complete on-site treatment, implementing green roofs on  terraced  buildings
