“Le Comte de Boigne” : the construction of 20 appartment units in a very dense urban context with major constraints in terms of integration and structure.

This was an urban graft that was both simple, as it had to be aligned with the Avenue des Ducs de Savoie, Chambéry’s main street, and complex due to the irregular shape of the plot. Since this was a housing programme, we decided on a double skin facade to ensure excellent acoustic quality while bestowing a discreet modernity to the building complex.
